Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association is the only local professional organization that champions total rewards professionals in their pursuit of career fulfillment.
We are also a member of the WorldatWork Elite Affiliate, an alliance of independent Total Rewards associations. We help foster our members expertise by providing up-to-date certifications and access to a community of deeply experienced professionals.

Membership Update:
Don’t forget that RMTRA is running a 10% discount for members that renew their membership by their renewal date. To do this please keep a look out on your email for your annual renewal reminder to be sent!
Once you receive the Renewal email you will follow the below directions to log into your RMTRA profile. The code to apply this discount is “RMTRA2022MM”.
- Log into your RMTRA profile (www.rmtra.org)
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner
- Once on your member profile, you can select to renew your membership for an additional year by clicking “Renew”
- Enter the 10% discount code (RMTRA2022MM)
- Select “Update and Next”
- This will take you to the Invoice where you can pay the outstanding fee

This application process is designed to ensure great leadership to the association, while balancing Total Rewards practitioners and Consultants on the Board, and allowing for professional development opportunities through service to our fellow members.
