At RMTRA, we are committed to supporting the next generation of talent in the total rewards field. That's why we are thrilled to announce the launch of our RMTRA Scholarship Program, designed to empower developing professionals and students who are passionate about advancing their careers in total rewards.

The RMTRA Scholarship Program offers recipients the opportunity to pursue any WorldatWork certification, renowned credentials that demonstrate expertise and proficiency in the total rewards field.

Our scholarship program is open to developing professionals and students who are dual RMTRA and WorldatWork members, providing them with the support and resources needed to achieve their certification goals.

What is the scholarship?

• The scholarship will be for one WorldatWork course/exam that will count toward certification, valued at up to $1,500 (encouraging W@W membership)
• Must be used within one year of award notification, or the scholarship will be forfeited.
• Must be used toward certification, not CEU credits for existing certifications or reinstatement of a certification that has lapsed.

Who is the target scholarship recipient?

• Developing professionals or students interested in the total rewards field.
• Dual RMTRA & WorldatWork members.
• No current RMTRA board members, administrators, or WorldatWork representatives (to preserve independence).

How can I apply?

Click here to apply by submitting the following:

• 300 word or fewer essay describing the importance of certification to your career development, and why the scholarship is needed.
• Current resume or CV including work history for the past five years.

Any submissions between deadlines will be considered for that time period. There is no limit to how many scholarship periods you apply, but you must apply for each individual scholarship award period to be considered.
