Founded in 1988, RMTRA (formerly RMCA) provides education and programs focused on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness, recognition, performance management, and talent management - known collectively as Total Rewards. We are a WorldatWork Elite Affiliate, part of an alliance of independent Total Rewards associations. We help foster our members' expertise by providing up-to-date certifications and access to a community of deeply experienced professionals.
