Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association is focused on building a valuable community for local compensation practitioners. A community, that together, strives to help its members achieve career fulfillment.

Founded in 1988, RMTRA (formerly RMCA) provides education and programs focused on global human resources issues including: compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness, recognition, performance management and talent management - known collectively as Total Rewards. We are a member of the WorldatWork Elite Affiliate, an alliance of independent Total Rewards associations. We help foster our members expertise by providing up-to-date certifications and access to a community of deeply experienced professionals.
