Responsible for contributing to the attraction, engagement and retention of associates and maximizing the return on investment of Cerner’s total rewards programs. The Senior Compensation Consultant will drive and support components of Cerner compensation strategy. This role will partner with Human Resources business partners and business leaders to design and deliver market and business relevant compensation programs that drive performance and business outcomes.
The Senior Compensation Consultant will identify opportunities to improve existing programs and processes and develop and analyze innovative approaches to address unmet needs, providing consultation to influence decision making and knowledge sharing across the organization. The role will lead key initiatives for the overall compensation function and provide leadership and mentoring to others on the compensation team.
Experience partnering with human resources and business leaders to drive transformational change and a strong base of core compensation competencies, including strong analytical skills, are key to success in this role.
