Executive Compensation 101 Learning Session

Willis Towers Watson is partnering with RMTRA to present a 2-session overview on Long-Term Incentive Design. RMTRA members learn from executive compensation experts in this field with two interactive sessions lead by Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Mark Chen (Partner/Senior Director), Alex Ha (Principal/Director) and Jaiden Sowash (Consultant).

In the first session, participants will learn the basics of long-term incentives, design considerations and trends, and real world design examples. This session will benefit both early in career HR professionals and experienced practitioners.
