Join us for a three-part “Comp 101” series with Joe Ziomek, Mercer Partner and Senior Compensation Consultant. Joe has been with Mercer for 14 years and leads Mercer’s Career practice in the Mountain States region. He works with clients across all industries and in all areas of compensation strategy, benchmarking and design.

These sessions are intended for HR professionals of all experience levels with compensation. We will use the first session on June 18 to introduce and review basic compensation topics, with plenty of time allotted for Q&A and discussion among the participants.

At the conclusion of the first session, Joe will survey the group on desired topics for the second and third sessions, and will then develop materials based on your preferences.
