She will be joined by Maura Horn, Vice President of Talent Management, Rodney Gonzales, Sr. Director of Human Resources and Claudio Arriaza, Global Compensation Manager. Together, in the last two years, the CoorsTek Human Resources team has implemented a Global Career Framework, a new Incentive Plan, moved from 4000 to 400 generic jobs, implemented pay bands and consolidated merit review process, implemented goal setting for all employees with a new performance management program, hired over 1000 new employees and rolled-out Workday with a full scope of Payroll, Benefits, Human Capital Management, Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
