Colorado College is looking for a Recruitment and Employment Manager. This role will lead strategic recruitment and staffing through effective development of initiatives, outreach, and operational management. Develops creative and effective marketing, sourcing, and selection processes to drive success in recruitment and retention outcomes. Promotes diversity and inclusivity in all selection processes; builds and maintains strong relationships with search committees and hiring departments. Provides guidance and best practices for antiracist recruitment and retention.
Developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and interview techniques for candidates at all levels
Establishing partnerships that enhance recruitment efforts and diversity initiatives.
Training search teams
Developing and analyzing recruitment and retention metrics including EEO data
