We are currently recruiting for a Managed Services Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the PayTech Managed Services (PTMS) processing team, ensuring the accuracy of payroll information for taxation and auditing purposes, and supporting the on-boarding of all new clients to PTMS. The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for keeping all customer information confidential and secure.  Will work as a liaison between PTMS clients, payroll administrators and manager.  Requires interaction with all levels of employees and management throughout the company.  Advanced knowledge of payroll processing along with Ceridian, ADP and/or Ultimate software experience is essential.  Excellent customer service and management skills are also essential to this position.  Supports the operations of the corporate office and assists in establishing a high level of service for all customers.


At least two years of experience in supervising payroll function and staff and ten years of payroll processing experience.  Strong knowledge of payroll practices, payroll tax and employment laws.  Strong general ledger and journal entry knowledge.  CPP certification preferred.  Expert knowledge of ADP, Ceridian and/or UltiPro, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.  Ability to analyze output, train payroll employees and keep the systems and procedures current.  Initiative to continually enhance job knowledge through classes, seminars and conferences.  Effective oral and written communication skills.  Excellent interpersonal skills displayed in interaction with all levels of employees and management. Ability to maintain high levels of service for all PTMS customers.

Position may require sitting at a desk, typing, inputting data and/or reviewing documents for protracted periods during a full work day.
