Position Description:

Responsible for supervising Consultants and Senior Consultants. Supervisory responsibilities include managing employees, determining work schedules for consulting team, ensuring training needs are met, conducting performance evaluations and employee relations. Client management includes working with clients to determine ongoing needs, scheduling consultants, managing workloads and ensuring timely completion of assignments. This position requires previous payroll/human resources project management and management experience. Frequent interaction with payroll and human resources professionals, peers and various levels of management is necessary. Supports the operations of the corporate office and assists in establishing a high level of customer service for all clients. This position will travel as needed and must be located in Denver, CO.

Minimum Requirements:

At least two years of payroll and/or human resources consulting experience; ten years of management experience. Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment. Must be team focused, very organized and possess a great sense of prioritization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build a team, set priorities and resolve problems is very important. Strong management experience with ability to handle high stress situations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Payroll and/or HR certification preferred. Strong computer skills; knowledge of MS Office products including Word and Excel; good working knowledge of Ceridian, ADP and other payroll systems. This position is required to travel. When traveling this position frequently moves/ lifts luggage materials weighing up to 50 pounds. When not traveling, this position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
