In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of compensation programs, policies and procedures throughout SCL Health. System Services is our SCL Health Corporate Headquarters located in Broomfield Colorado. SCL Health is a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to improving the well-being of the people we serve.
Our System Services office is a part of the Oracle campus, which offers some convenience perks to help ensure your day in the office runs as smoothly as possible. We have access to a full café, which makes grabbing breakfast, lunch, and snacks a breeze. We also offers a full gym with access to a handful of workout classes with dynamic instructors. Lastly, our System Services office has an on campus Health Center, which offers same-day, onsite medical care and consultations at no charge!
