Description:

Total Rewards is a critical piece of an EVP that supports diversity and inclusion. Mercer will facilitate a presentation on the leading compensation, benefits, career, and wellness practices organizations should implement in order to champion a more diverse workplace with an inclusive culture. This presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on how organizations are putting practices into action and the successes and challenges they face in the process.
