Join us for a new RMTRA program on Tuesday, June 13th.

Part of being leaders in our profession is going beyond the day-to-day responsibilities we all have.  RMTRA takes pride in sharing our skills and giving back to our community.  In order to support your growth as Total Rewards leaders, we are announcing a new program, RMTRA Mentorship Program where you will learn of a new way you can Give Back To Your Community.

RMTRA Mentorship Program

The purpose of the RMTRA Mentorship Program is to connect students with Total Rewards professionals.

For College Students, it is intended to support career preparation, provide additional educational topics and offer networking opportunities for students.

For RMTRA Professionals, it is a chance to engage in our profession with freshness, innovation and creativity.  It also gives professionals an opportunity to share our skill-set and experience with the next generation in our profession.

Leaders from the University of Denver, students, and past mentors will be present during the first half of the program.  They will share why mentorship is so important to them and why they are focused on our industry as part of their career choices.  Following the presentation, we will share the process associated with signing up as a mentor.

Benefits of attending:

§  Be connected with the next generation in our profession and hand down your skills and experiences

§  Build and diversify your relationships

§  Gain more community awareness and give back in ways that resonate with you

§  Enhance your resume to highlight your leadership in our profession and community
