Join us as we bring in Molson Coors and Willis Towers Watson to discuss incentive plan design and implementation. Willis Towers Watson will discuss best practices in the market (using multiple examples) and will discuss incentive plan components and design (a 'how to' of sorts). Molson Coors will use their example of a company that has created and used their incentive plan to help their employees focus on what’s important and how they implemented the plan.

Keith Guastella is currently the Compensation Manager at Molson Coors Brewing Company. Prior to that, he was an HR Business Partner for several years with both Advanced Micro Devices in Longmont and Roche Pharmaceuticals in Boulder. Although Keith has spent a majority of his career in HR, he does have a background in Accounting. Originally from the Chicago area, Colorado has been his home for over 30 years.

Lori Wisper is the Director and Chicago Rewards Line of Business Leader in Willis Towers Watson’s Rewards line of business. She has over 25 years of experience both in consulting and corporate HR, primarily focused on Compensation and total rewards strategy, program design and processes. She has consulted with clients on broad based compensation and talent management issues including global total rewards strategy and program design, global job leveling and career frameworks, compensation and pay for performance strategy, wage and hour regulatory compliance assessments, incentive plan and base salary design, sales effectiveness and sales compensation, performance management and compensation processes and administration.

Afterwards, please join us for a happy hour in order to network with your fellow colleagues and to have a little fun. Heavy appetizers and a two-drink opportunity will be provided to all members. As a special invitation, Howl at the Moon has also invited anyone who is interested to stay for their evening show for free.

Howl at the Moon is conveniently located in lower downtown just outside of Coors field. There is a large parking lot right in front of the venue with assurance that there will be plenty of available parking. Click here for Parking Map.
